  • In order to prepare for our upcoming meeting, I’d like to review your current financials. Please complete the form below and attach current financial statements.

    ...in your opinion, how are your numbers looking with 1 being “terrible” and 10 being “outstanding”
  • Please attach current financial statements below. These should be the same statements that you used to submit the Current YTD Revenue and Net Profit numbers above. If you don’t have anything listed below handy, please just submit what you have. Thank you!

    1.       Most recent interim financial statements including*:
        a.       Income Statement
        b.       Balance Sheet
        c.       Statement of Cash Flows
        d.       WIP (Contractors Only)
    2.       Annual Financial Statements if you have recently completed your fiscal year**.

    * If any of this isn’t available, just send what you have for whatever period you have in whatever format you have!
    ** If you have audited statements, please send those, if not, reviewed statements will be fine, if you don’t have reviewed, please send compiled statements or tax returns.
